Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh respected shaykh
In my country (India), there are recent trends of "shariah compliant" mutual funds coming into existence. Such as the following:
My question is, how can they classify these as "shariah compliant" when almost all companies today deal in riba in one form or the other even if it means a very little amount? But I am seeing this phrase used very often. Can you please explain this?
i have investors who willing to invest in my businesses and mean time i dont want them to know what is my profits are ,please explain whats the best way to have Islamic agreement with this investors?
can i make fix amount of profit agreement?
Is there any ways to screen NSE/BSE shariah stocks through website?
If not, how i will get exact data to screen it manually.
Tata Ethical Fund.. Is this fund Shari'a compliant?
The SID(Scheme Information Document) mentions on page 16 that the Fund can invest upto 30% in prohibited activities.
Is there any ruling in Ahadits/Shari'a about the percentage to invest in prohibited activities?
