Sir, I would like to know the difference between murabaha and second type of Ijara ie lease to own
I have a query regarding difference between Finance Lease and Ijarah Muntaha Bin Tamleek especially concerning the interest rate.
Isn't the "ijarah revenue" same as the "interest income" in finance lease? In fact, I believe that the interest income in finance lease cannot be deemed as an interest at all, and its more like a profit on leasing (as there is no borrowing of money).
Can you please clarify this? I would really appreciate it, thank you.
